Refund policy

t Sacred Creations, we want you to love your purchase. Because our products are handmade, small-batch, and applied directly to the skin, please review this policy before ordering.

 

Refunds

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at nmsacredcreations@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

 

Because of the personal-care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any item that has been opened or used, except as described below.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at nmsacredcreations@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will replace the item free of charge.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover the cost of the replacement.
